What a Weekend!
This was a Homecoming Weekend to remember. In addition to all of the traditional Homecoming festivities, we celebrated the President’s Ball, the Arnold Palmer statue dedication, a Demon Deacon win over Maryland and - most importantly for the future of our University – the launch of Wake Will: The Campaign for Wake Forest.
Alumni, parents and friends near and far have reported that the energy and excitement around Wake Forest has not been limited to campus. The promise of Wake Will is a clarion call for Demon Deacons around the globe to celebrate all that we have accomplished and to dream big about what Wake will achieve together.
If you were on campus to celebrate the weekend, you may have seen the big tent on Manchester Plaza housing the projects of remarkable Wake Forest faculty and students, or you may have felt the pulse-pounding pace of the campaign video at the football game. If you missed it, fear not. At some point over the next year, Wake Forest will bring the show to a city near you.
In the meantime, catch a glimpse of all that unfolded this weekend through our websites and social media channels:
